Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping within the United Arab Emirates is free and takes 1-2 business days. For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days for GCC countries and 7-14 business days for other international orders, though times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be applied by the courier or local customs authority upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if a significant delay occurs.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
