Refund Policy
We want you to love your Self Applying Lifting Straps. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Your order number or proof of purchase is required.
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
Email us at support@gymsquat.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will send you instructions for returning your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
